Can I return a product for a refund?
Yes, you can. There is only a difference in our Seedbank products from other brands and our own line TerpyZ x Kalyseeds.
Return of TerpyZ Genetics x Kalyseeds:
We guarantee customer satisfaction for all our lines! Thus in the case that you had an unlucky pack with too many males or you experienced anything that left you unsatisfied, please contact us at: Info@terpyz.eu and we will make it right!
In order to initiate a refund, please provide the following information in your refund e-mail to info@terpyz.eu :

Return for other Brands:
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back to us. Because returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, they should be returned with recorded delivery service - we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
We do not cover growing mistakes on behalf of the customer or dissatisfaction with the resulting plant.
3. Once approved return with recorded delivery service.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund inquiry, in certain cases you might be asked to return the order for an assessment from our side. Afterwards, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be able to choose between 1 of 2 options:
