We ship within the EU. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

All European orders above €150.00will receive Free-shipping.

For all other locations, we currently do not offer shipping, sorry for that. But we are looking for distributors to reach overseas markets in the future.

For all Products, PostNL will be used as a major carrier from the Netherlands and local carriers will continue the delivery.

We ship out all orders once the payment has been received. Shipments are sent out by the end of the week with a tracking code and usually take 1-2 weeks. In cases of longer delivery times due to issues by our post carrier, no refunds are accepted. 

TerpyZ can't be held responsible or liable for any product content or charges involved should your parcel be stopped by any international customs process.

All our orders come in neutral brown bubble wrap envelopes and as the sender, our Tradename "Diversity Innovations" is mentioned. Thus, no TerpyZ or Kalyseeds Brand related sender is visible.

Moreover, we do not include any order slip or order confirmations in the packages, with any private details. The only details mentioned on the packaging are the shipping addresses.

Yes, TerpyZ Seedbank guarantees to refund any item you are not totally happy with.

In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back to us. Because returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, they should be returned with a recorded delivery service - we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

1. Returned within 7 days of receipt of your order.
2. Unused and in their original packaging.
3. Accompanied by your name and order number

Our exclusive Mutant Genetics primarily outdoor bred and Novelty Genetics for breeding, collection purposes, the lines have higher genetic variability than compared to some commercial lines. Thus, there is a very small chance that you receive a pack with a too-large percentage of plants with undesirable traits. Our pack sizes have been chosen to ensure, that a large enough number of plants are of good quality. For the rare occasions that too many weak plants are in the batch, rest assured we will have you fully covered. Also, if you feel that the seed quality was too low or any other complaint you might have with our items.

In order to initiate a refund, please provide the following information in your refund e-mail to :

1. Detailed photo documentation of the faulty item.
2. Explanation of the defect.
3. Order number.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
