Can I return a product for a refund?
Yes, TerpyZ Seedbank guarantees to refund any item you are not totally happy with.
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back to us. Because returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, they should be returned with a recorded delivery service - we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
1. Contact us under: info@terpyz.eu to request a return within 7 days of the receipt of the order
2. Once approved return with recorded delivery service.
3. Unused and in their original packaging.
4. Accompanied by your name and order number
For TerpyZ Genetics x Kalyseeds:
Our exclusive Mutant Genetics are outdoor bred and Novelty Genetics for experimental and collection purposes, the lines have higher genetic variability than compared to other commercial lines. Thus, there is a very small chance that you receive a pack with a too-large percentage of plants with undesirable traits. Our pack sizes have been chosen to ensure, that a large enough number of healthy plants. Of course, also decent growing skills like with any other plants are required to be able to achieve desirable results. For the rare occasions that too many weak plants are in the batch, rest assured we will have you fully covered. Also, if you feel that the seed quality was too low or any other complaint you might have with our items, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.
In order to initiate a refund, please provide the following information in your refund e-mail to info@terpyz.eu :
1. Detailed photo documentation of the faulty item.
2. Explanation of the defect.
3. Order number.
For items both from other brands and TerpyZ X Kalyseeds
To start a return, you can contact us at info@terpyz.eu. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund inquiry, in certain cases you might be asked to return the order for an assessment from our side. Afterwards, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be able to choose between 1 of 3 options:
1. A replacement of the faulty item
2. A voucher replacing the value of the order for future purposes
3. A money refund to be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
